Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is set to disclose in court on March 28 the whereabouts of funds allegedly involved in a liquor scandal, his wife Sunita Kejriwal announced during a press briefing on the same day. Kejriwal, who is currently in Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody due to his connection with the Delhi Liquor Policy case, was apprehended by the ED on March 21. His remand with the ED extends until March 28. Expressing deep concern, Sunita Kejriwal questioned the intentions behind the ongoing investigation, suggesting it may be detrimental to Delhi's well-being. She stated, "Arvind Kejriwal is deeply troubled by this situation... Despite more than 250 raids conducted by the ED in what is termed as the liquor scam, they have yet to uncover any evidence. Arvind Kejriwal has declared his intent to reveal all pertinent information in court on March 28, including the whereabouts of the funds involved in the liquor scandal, along with providing supporting evidence," she added during a virtual address.
