Lalu Prasad Yadav's health deteriorates before election results

Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, convicted in the famous fodder scam case, is saddened by the cancellation of hearing of the bail plea from the Jharkhand High Court. According to the jail manual, he refused to meet anyone on Saturday despite the approval to meet three persons. On the other hand, the doctors monitoring his health expressed concern over deteriorating health and said that if the condition does not improve, he may have to go on dialysis. It is believed that Lalu Yadav is under stress due to the cancellation of the hearing on the bail and worrying about the Bihar election result.

According to media reports, Chief Physician Dr Umesh Prasad, who is looking after the health of Ilajrat Lalu Prasad Yadav at Kelly Bungalow in Rims, Ranchi, expressed concern over his health on Saturday, saying that his kidney's creatinine levels increased. Lalu Yadav may have to go for dialysis. As soon as the kidney is on label-4 or it will go on label-5.

According to doctors, mental stress is one of the main reasons for its deterioration. He is constantly worried about the Bihar election. He is not even taking care of food and drink. According to doctors, 25% of Lalu Yadav's kidney is functioning. It has decreased by 10% recently as compared to earlier. If it falls to 10–12%, they may need dialysis.
