Make Jamun chutney at home in this simple way

If you are bored of eating green and red chutney regularly, then give yourself a little break and include this tasty chutney in your meal. This delicious chutney is sure to lend extra zing to your meal time. So let's know how to make Jamun chutney.

material:

250 grams - Jamun Panchforan - 1 teaspoon of five teaspoon combinations (mustard seeds, nigella seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds)

2 - Dried Chillies

1 tbsp oil

1/4 tsp - salt

¼ cup - sugar

1/2 cup - jaggery

1 cup - water

Method:

Heat a pan, add oil and spices. After it is well heated, add the berries and sauté. Then add salt, sugar and jaggery.

* Then cover the pan.

* After ten minutes, remove the lid. Cook it without the lid so that the water evaporates.

* After cooking, use a sieve to remove the pulp seeds.

* After its Sikai put the pulp to the boil again.

* When it cools down in the last, put it in a glass jar.
