Make restaurant style Veg Lollipop at home

Many vegetables are used to make veg lollipops so it is also nutritious. Today we will tell you how to make veg lollipops.

 

Material:

For lollipop: 150 grams of potatoes (boiled), 40 grams onion, 30 grams of carrots, 30 grams of green beans, 30 grams capsicum, 30 grams cabbage, 25 grams cornflour, 1/2 tsp chili flax, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Black pepper

For sauce: 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 table spoon ketchup, 2 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp chili flax, 70 ml water

 

Method: 1-Mix all the stuff of lollipops into a bowl and mix them. Now take a little bit of the mixture and make small balls. Then put the lollipop stick in between these balls. 2- Make the rest of the lollipops like this. After this, heat the oil in the pan and fry them until golden brown. 3- Now heat 2 tsp sesame oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp garlic paste and stir it. Mix well after adding 2 tbspchoppack, 2 tsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp chili flakes. 4- Then add 70 ml of water to it and cook until the sauce is thickened. 5- Put prepared sauce on the fry lollipops and garnish with green onion. 6-The way lollipop is ready. Serve them hot.
