This tasty recipe of Malai Ghevar made during the times of happiness and festivals

Today we are going to share you the recipe of delicious Malai Ghevar, let's know it

Necessary ingredients :

One and a half liters of water Milk 1 liter Flour 500 grams Ghee 150 grams Sugar 50 grams Cardamom Powder 5 Gms Saffron 1 gram

to decorate Almonds 20 grams (chopped) Cashew nuts 20 grams (chopped) Melon seeds 10 grams

For main dish Sugar 500 grams Water 250 ml Ghee 3 cups A pinch of saffron

Method of preparation

Heat the ghee in a deep vessel. Then cool the ghee by adding ice to it. By doing this, the dirt present in the ghee will come up and clean pure ghee will go into the bottom of the vessel. Now add ghee to the flour and then add water and prepare a smooth batter. Heat the ghee again and place a round mold in the pot of ghee, pour the batter in it and fry till it becomes golden. Now make sugar syrup. Heat the water and add sugar to it and dissolve completely. Put the fried ghevar in sugar syrup and then take it out. To make the cream, heat the milk and add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron and heat it till the milk reduces in half. Allow the milk to cool down so that it becomes thick. Pour the prepared cream over the ghevar and serve with grated dry fruits.
