Necessary ingredients

Dhuli moong dal - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - as required

Method of preparation: Soak the lentils in water for three to four hours. Remove from water and keep aside. Heat two spoons of ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds are cooked, put the lentils in the pan and cook it on low heat for about five minutes. Turn off the gas and allow the lentils to cool.

Grind the lentils in the grinder without adding water. Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala and garlic and mix. Now add yogurt to this mixture and knead it. Divide this mixture into 12 parts and shape the kebabs. Heat the ghee in the pan and cook the kebabs on low heat. Cook the kebabs by adding ghee as needed. Garnish with coriander leaves.
