Garlic buds
Peanuts - 3 tsp
Dry coconut powder - 3 tablespoons
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 3 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Method of preparation
Firstly, cut garlic buds to make garlic chutney. After this, fry garlic buds on low flame on the gas. Fry them for two minutes while stirring continuously. Fry garlic till it turns light golden in color. After this, fry peanuts in it. After this, add coconut powder and fry it till it becomes a golden color. Once the roasted garlic, peanuts and coconut have cooled, put it in the mixer and add red chili powder and salt as per taste. If you like to eat more spicy chutney, you can also add regular red chilli instead of Kashmiri chilli. Now grind it coarsely and take it out in a bowl.
