Preparations of Janmasthami in full swing, Muslim artisans are making clothes for Lord Krishna

Mathura: The task of dressing Lord Sri Krishna In Janmashtami is in the hands of Muslim artisans. This is not the first time that the Muslim craftsmen are making clothes of Krishna, but many generations of artisans have been working for decades. Thus, the Muslim community in Mathura has been conveying a message of harmony and brotherhood to the people.

While all preparations are going in the full swing on the birthplace of Lord Krishna in Mathura, the administration is gearing up to make the birth celebration of Shri Krishna more divine and grand. Muslim artisans are busy preparing beautiful and attractive dresses of Lord Krishna and Radha. This could well be touted as an example of communal harmony the next time fundamentalists of any hue try to spark a confrontation.

According to locals, the dresses made by Muslim artisans are not used only in Mathura but it also reaches to different cities of India. Mathura has a huge business of dress and crown.
