MLA Anant Sing may surrender today, Police on alert

Patna: The trouble of Anant Singh, an independent MLA from The Mokama Assembly constituency in Bihar is continuously increasing. The arrest warrant has now been issued against MLA Anant Singh, who has been absconding for four days. After the arrest warrant is issued, there is a possibility that Anant Singh can surrender today.

Along with Anant Singh, Lallu Mukhi can also surrender today. Police forces have been deployed from the flood court to Patna Civil Court. On the other hand, SIT wants to arrest Anant Singh. The raids are being carried out at several places including Bihar, Jharkhand. Ak 47 and two hand grenades were recovered by the police during a raid in Ladama village on August 16.

Since then, the police have been conducting raids to arrest MLA Anant Singh, but even electronic surveillance has not been able to capture Anant Singh so far. Police of six police stations has been conducting searches to arrest Anant Singh for the last seven days. On the other hand, Anant Singh had released a video saying that he would surrender in the next three or four days. He is currently visiting a sick friend of his.
