Five Naxalites surrendered in Chhattisgarh including two crying lakhs of reward on head

The positive aspect of opening of Potali camp in Aranpur police station area of Dantewada district in the central state of Chhattisgarh has started coming to the fore. On Thursday, five Naxalites of Nilavaya village reached the SP office to surrender. There are also two prizes of one lakh rupees each, while three others are Sangham and Janamalisiya members. Nilavaya is the same village where three soldiers were killed in the Naxalite attack a year ago and the DD News cameraman was killed. Dedicated Naxalites have spoken of supporting the police in the development of the village and to drive away the Naxalites.

On Thursday, SP Dr Abhishek Pallava and ASP Suraj Singh Parihar told that the villagers, after reaching the Potali police camp, spoke about surrender. After this, he was taken to the Aranpur police station and SP in charge of the camp. Among them, Madakam Deva is the President of DAKMS (Dandakaranya Farmers Labor Organization) and the President of Sona Hemla Village Committee.

For your information, let us tell you that there was a reward of one lakh rupees on both, while dedicated Naxalites Madakam Masa and Sukka Mandavi are Janamilisya members and Dhurwa Sori Sangham members. Under the policies of the government, all the Naxalites who surrendered were handed a check for an incentive amount of ten-ten thousand rupees.
