Mumbai: As the Supreme Court is expected to give its verdict in the Ayodhya land dispute case next month, NCP President Sharad Pawar said on Wednesday that 'some forces' could try to take create a crack among communities by taking advantage of the situation in the country. According to media reports, he spoke of maintaining peace among all sections of the society. Pawar made this remark in the meeting of NCP MLAs. In this meeting Ajit Pawar has been elected as the leader of the legislative party. Referring to the decades-old land dispute, Pawar has said that Ram Janmabhoomi is a matter of faith for the people of large population of the country. At the same time, there is a different feeling among the minorities of the country about the demolition of Babri Masjid in 1992. Pawar said, "I see a feeling among the minorities that whatever decision the court will give, they will accept. There is a need to take steps to maintain peace in the society. Sharad Pawar said that some forces can take advantage of this opportunity and try to create a rift in the communities. However, the NCP leader did not name the above 'strength'.
