The Ayodhya land dispute case was heard by the Supreme Court constitution bench on 28th day on Friday. Let me tell you that the bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi decided that from Monday, the matter will be heard for an hour more. The bench told the lawyers of the Hindu and Muslim side said that from Monday the court has decided to increase the daily time of hearing from four o'clock to five o'clock. Usually, the top court does not hear cases after four o'clock in the evening. According to the media report, on Wednesday, the Supreme Court had set the time limit for the hearing, saying that it is expected that the hearing will be over by October 18. At the same time, it was also made clear that now the hearing cannot be stopped due to mediation efforts. Not only this, but the court also gave exemption to the parties to compromise with mediation. The apex court had said that it will remain confidential as before. Also said that the hearing will continue. It is believed that the verdict will be reached in this most famous case of the country by November. During the hearing, Tamil Nadu professor Shanmugam accepted his mistake and apologized. The court said that why he is saying this at the age of 88. The professor wrote a letter and cursed against Ram Lalla. Apart from this, the lawyer of the Muslim side, Rajiv Dhawan, on Thursday tried to prove through his arguments that there was a mosque at the disputed site. He cited the suit filed in 1885 by Mahant Raghuvar Das of Nirmohi Akhara, that he was going to build the Ram Chabutara temple in the outer premises of the venue. He said that the petition was not approved by the Deputy Judge of Faizabad, which shows that Muslims were offering Namaz inside and Hindu worship was done in the outer premises. The Muslim side had to face the tough questions of the Supreme Court. The court asked the Muslim side many questions regarding the sculptures and lotus pictures on the pillars. The Supreme Court said that according to Islam, there can be such pictures in the mosque. Is there evidence of such pictures in any other mosque. Apart from this, the court made it clear on the plea of Rajiv Dhawan to accept the report of four historians of 1991 in evidence that the report cannot be proofed as evidence in court, it is valid only as an opinion.
