'Help will be given to all flood victims 'Nitish Kumar says in Bihar Assembly

Patna: Amid the outbreak of floods in Bihar, the Legislature is also buzzing. The opposition was constantly trying to corner the government. Amidst all this, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Friday responded to the House and briefed the government on the efforts made by the government. Addressing the Assembly, CM Nitish Kumar said that on 13th July, we discussed it for eight hours. Nitish Kumar said it was decided to launch water, life and greenery campaigns in the state. He said that I have inspected the flood situation myself. He inspected all the places through aerial surveys. The status of each district has been assessed. CM Nitish said that the government has initiated to provide relief to the victims. If the administration could not reach some villages, food packets are being transported by helicopter. Home and crop damage will be aided for all.

He said that the flood affected areas are still in the grip of floods. Because flooding usually occurs in the months of August and September. He said that we have asked the Central Government to cooperate for the relief work. Bihar government asks Centre for NDRF team and helicopter. All are working right now.
