Indore: These days Valentine's Week is going on. In such a situation, a shocking incident is coming out from Indore, the financial capital of Madhya Pradesh. Here, on Propose Day (February 8), a cranky lover threatened a girl at the point of a country-made pistol when his colleague came and tried to rescue her, he shot him dead. Angry over the killing of a 20-year-old youth, people protested by reaching the police control room on Thursday. The protesters demanded that the absconding criminal be arrested at the earliest. Suresh Hatekar, in-charge of the Government Railway Police (GRP) station, said that on Wednesday late evening, Rahul Yadav (23) had thrashed a girl in the railway station premises because she refused to marry him. When his co-worker Sanskar Verma (20), who was present with the girl working in the call centre, intervened, Rahul Yadav fired a bullet from it which hit Verma in the head. Badly injured by the same bullet, Verma died on Thursday during treatment in a hospital. After this incident Yadav absconded along with his family and his search is on. ACP Purti Tiwari told that the culprit is being searched in this case. He will be arrested soon.
