Preparation time: 26-30 minutes Cooking time: 26-30 minutes Servings: 4 Cooking level: Medium Taste: soft Ingredients for Paneer Frankie: Cottage cheese 100 grams White bread 4 Peeled and mashed potato 2 Salt to taste Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder 1/2 (half) teaspoon Powder of roasted cumin 1 teaspoon Amchoor powder 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1/2 (half) teaspoon Fresh Green Coriander Chopped 2 Tablespoons Oil Cabbage 1/4 cup Carrot 1 Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

Method for Paneer Frankie:

Step 1: Pour the cottage cheese in a bowl. Add potatoes, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, amchoor and chat masala in it. Finely chop green coriander and mix thoroughly. Make kabab.

Step 2: Heat some oil in a pan and put the kebab in it and cookitfrom one side. Turn the side and cook on the other side. During this, cut off the cabbage thin and keep it in a bowl.

Step 3: Similarly, cut carrot and put it in the bowl. Add salt and chaat masala and mix it. Keep it for cooling in the fridge.

Step 4: Remove the kebab from the pan and put it on the plate. Cook the bread on the pan, lightly toast the bread. Put a paneer kebab on each bread and put some salad. Sprinkle little chaat masala and a little-roasted cumin powder.

Roll it and Serve.
