Pak fired mortar on military bases in Poonch

Srinagar: Pakistan is not taking the name of hawk with its nefarious activities. Pakistan has violated ceasefire once again. This time Pakistan has opened fire in Shahpur Kearni area of Poonch. Pakistan has fired mortars at urban and military bases. The Indian Army has given a befitting reply to this action of Pakistan. Let me tell you that Pakistan is not deterring its antics and continuously violating the ceasefire.

It is noteworthy that the Indian Army has said in a report to the government that after the abolition of Article 370 of the Constitution giving special status to Jammu and Kashmir on August 5, the deployment of Pakistani troops on the LoC has steadily increased, along with it Pakistan has also increased the range of its firearms. The report said that Pakistan has also deployed artillery guns across the Line of Control to violate the ceasefire agreement and continue firing in Indian territory.

Sources said, "Pakistan has also started targeting the residential areas adjacent to the LoC by firing heavily from the artillery. Attempts to send terrorists into India from the launch pads a few steps away from the LoC have also seen an increase. The launch pads are full of terrorists waiting to infiltrate into India. "
