ISLAMABAD: Political rhetoric is increasing continuously regarding the attack on former Pakistan PM and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Party (PTI) chief Imran Khan in Wazirabad, Punjab province. PTI leader Chaudhary Fawad Chaudhary has claimed that the Wazirabad incident was not taken into account as there is no rule of law in the country. Fawad Chaudhry further said that some powerful groups have held the country's political and judicial system hostage, that is why whenever India's PM Narendra Modi says that he does not understand whom to talk to in Pakistan, there is no answer. It is noteworthy that during the rally of Imran Khan in Pakistan's Punjab, there was a firing, in which the former PM himself was also injured due to bullet injuries. The accused who fired at Imran Khan was arrested on the day of the incident itself. The accused had said that he had come only to kill Imran Khan and opened fire. After the attack on Imran Khan, PTI started targeting the Shahbaz Sharif government. PTI workers and leaders also protested fiercely across Pakistan. In this case, the PTI party was continuously expressing its opposition to the delay in the police FIR. However, in connection with the attack on PTI chief Imran Khan, the Punjab Police has registered an FIR. This case has been registered after the order of the Supreme Court. However, Imran Khan's party has rejected this FIR outright. PTI leaders have termed this FIR as a joke in the name of the Supreme Court's order and law. PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that if the names of the three accused mentioned by Imran Khan are not there in this FIR, then it is nothing more than a piece of paper. Fawad Chaudhary said that PTI will accept this FIR only when the names of three high officials involved in the attack are registered in it.
