Patna: The class 10 board exams have begun in Bihar. With the start of the exam, there is talk of mathematics paper being leaked in the first shift. In Motihari, there is a suspicion that the mathematics paper has been leaked. A paper on mathematics is going viral on social media after which the district administration has come into action. Motihari district officer has constituted an investigation team. Even before the start of the exam, the mathematics paper was leaked and its picture started going viral on WhatsApp and social media. In the investigation, the situation will be clear whether the mathematics paper which is going viral is of this year or last year. The district administration has maintained silence over the viral paper for the time being. Apart from this, the matriculation examination has started today in 33 cities of the state. The administrative officers appeared to be alert about the examination. More than 29,000 students are appearing for the exam. 25 examination centres have been set up in the Madhepura Sadar sub-division and 8 in the Udakishunganj sub-division. The first shift exam will be held from 9.30 to 12.45 pm and the second shift exam will be held from 1.45 to 5.00 pm. The superintendent of the centre will be directly responsible for the mess in the examination centre. It has been reported that the students will receive a 24-page copy in mathematics and optional subjects and a 20-page copy and OMR sheet in all other subjects. Additional pages will not be provided in any subject.
