Corona cases making a new record everyday in Country while breaking previous record, that makes everyone fearful about situation. In this context, Health Minister Eatala Rajender address People that they should stay positive to fight the surge in Covid cases, said here on Sunday. The second wave of the pandemic should not cause panic, he said while interacting with media persons. The Minister said that “People should understand that they can defeat Covid by staying fearless and positive.” Here it is to be noted that Telangana has been successful in containing Covid infections during the first wave of the pandemic and people must learn from those experiences, instead of unnecessarily panicking, he said. Rajender said “The entire administration is working to contain the ongoing second wave of Covid. Public must realise that a majority of the individuals, up to 95 percent, do not need hospitalisation. However, at present, the moment a person tests positive, the entire family panics and starts looking for beds, ventilators and oxygen cylinders on their own.
