Petrol-Diesel prices update: Know the new rates here

New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the budget for the year 2023-24 in Parliament today, on 1 February. With the expectation of relief on inflation, the eyes of the general public are fixed on the budget since morning. People are also expecting relief in the prices of petrol and diesel. Meanwhile, like every day, the prices of petrol and diesel have been updated by the oil companies, according to these new prices, today i.e. even on February 1, there has been no change in the prices. 

However, there has been a softening in the prices of crude oil in the international market, for the last 2 weeks, Brent crude oil was above $85 per barrel, which is close to $84 per barrel today, February 1, 2023. According to the price released by government oil companies on Wednesday, the prices of petrol and diesel have remained stable. Fuel prices remain the same in all states. According to the latest update of iocl.com, the official portal of Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), in the country's capital Delhi today, on February 1, the price of one liter of petrol remains at Rs 96.72 and the price of one liter of diesel remains at Rs 89.62. Petrol is being sold at Rs 106.31 per liter while diesel is being sold at Rs 94.27 per liter in the financial capital Mumbai.
