Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said this about export in the chemical industry

New Delhi: Amidst the ongoing recession in the country, the government is constantly meeting various trade groups and listening to their problems. In the same sequence, Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal met the members of the Chemical and Allied Products Export Promotion Council (Capexil). Goyal said that there is a lot of export potential in the chemical and allied sectors. According to him, these sectors should strive together to achieve better goals.

The Union Commerce Minister said that the government has announced several measures for exporters. These include a declaration to provide easy and cheap loans. Goyal said that if banks refuse to give loans at an affordable rate, the industry should inform the ministry about it.

He said that while clarifying the target for the next five years, the target is to reach exports at one thousand billion dollars during this period. The minister suggested looking for a new market from the industry. Along with this, he said that the industry should increase the export of valuables. He said that he would listen to the suggestion of the industry not to close a company without a high order. The government is on target of opposition these days due to the problem of recession.
