The Central Government provides subsidies to the donors for purchasing tractors. Under this, farmers can purchase tractors of any company at half the price. The rest of the money is given by the Government in the form of subsidies. In addition, several State Governments also provide subsidies ranging from 20 to 50% on tractors to the donors at their respective levels. The subsidy will be given by the Government only on the purchase of 1 tractor. As a necessary document, the farmer should have an Aadhaar card, land paper, bank details, passport size picture.
