PM Modi, Amit Shah and other leaders pay tribute to Sushma Swaraj in Delhi

NEW DELHI: Former External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj passed away at Delhi AIIMS yesterday. All the political leaders are reaching to pay homage to her at his residence to pay last respects. Visuals of PM Modi  at the residence show the leader with teary eyes.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also reached to pay tribute to her. PM met Sushma Swaraj's husband Swaraj Kaushal here and offered her condolences. The prime minister also looked emotional when she made her last visit to Sushma Swaraj.

Former UP CM and SP leader Mulayam Singh Yadav also paid homage to former External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj. President Ram Nath Kovind also paid homage to her.

The country's Home Minister Amit Shah paid tribute to Sushma at her home. Meanwhile, Amit Shah said that everyone is saddened by the untimely demise of Sushmaji. Every BJP worker is remembering her and is unhappy today. Shah further said that Sushma Swaraj worked to enhance the reputation of the country.

UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress leader Rajiv Shukla and Digvijay Singh also paid homage to Sushma Swaraj.
