New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend a programme to mark the Panchayati Raj Day in the Samba district of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on April 24. PM Modi will visit the Valley for the first time since the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. He will be accompanied by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Rural Development Panchayati Raj Minister Giriraj Singh.
