Police took this big step after snowfall and rain in Kedarnath Dham

Dehradun: Since the beginning of the Chardham Yatra in May, rain and snowfall in Uttarakhand has added to the woes of devotees. At the same time, devotees are also facing many problems on the way. After these problems, several precautionary measures have been taken by the Government of Uttarakhand and the figures of devotees have also been limited. However, in view of the increasing problems of the devotees after the increase in cold due to rain and snowfall, the Uttarakhand Police has taken a commendable step.  

The same Shri Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee has given this news by sharing a video through its official account on the country's first multilingual micro-blogging platform Koo App. In this video post, the temple committee can see the announcement made by the Uttarakhand Police. The ku post reads, "Seeing the increase in cold conditions after snowfall and rain in Shri Kedarnath, #UttarakhandPolice has given warm clothes, slippers/slippers for the convenience of the passengers. Shoe shops have been opened.

In the same post, a woman employee of uttarakhand police says, "Passengers whose slippers, shoes and clothes have become wet and who need it, can buy the necessary materials near shankar hotel on the right side of the stairs of the temples. At the same time, the temple committee gave the latest information to the devotees in its ku post on Wednesday morning and said that the Shri Kedarnath Dham Yatra has resumed after the weather cleared up. The journey is going on smoothly through foot and helicopter service. Uttarakhand Police is committed to your safe and joyful journey. Not only this, other commendable work done by the Uttarakhand Police also includes arranging bonfires for devotees at many places. The temple committee on the indigenous social media platform Koo App shared a photo of the bonfire in its post and wrote, "Seeing the cold increasing after snowfall and rain in Sri Kedarnath, #UttarakhandPolice has managed bonfires for the devotees from place to place with the help of the administration.
