Politics on Citizenship Law intensifies, opposition reached to meet President under Sonia Gandhi

New Delhi: Protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act continue in several places across the country on Tuesday. Meanwhile, under the leadership of the interim president of Congress, Sonia Gandhi, the opposition has come to meet President Ramnath Kovind. At the same time, BSP leader SC Mishra has said that his party's parliamentary delegation also wants to meet President Kovind, he has been given time at 10:30 am on Wednesday.

It is noteworthy that on Monday, Sonia Gandhi attacked the government over the Citizenship Amendment Act, saying that the Modi government has become the father of violence and division which has waged war against its own people. She had said that the polarization script was authored by PM Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. She said that BJP governments are spreading religious tension in the country for political gains.

Sonia Gandhi said that the job of any government is to maintain peace and harmony, give good administration and protect the constitution. But the BJP government has waged a war against its own people. This government has become violent and divisive. This government has pushed the country into the fire of hatred and put the future of the youth of the country in balance.
