Ind vs WI: Rohit Sharma admired Prasidh Krishna's bowling

New Delhi: Fast bowler Prasidh Krishna, who played the role of a facilitator in the 44-run win in the second ODI against the West Indies, said he was happy to hear the praise from captain Rohit Sharma. India has taken a 2-0 lead in the three-match series. "I felt good because he (Rohit) has been playing cricket for a long time. I am very happy to hear my compliments from him.''

Let us know that Prasidh took four wickets for 12 runs in 9 overs, which made Rohit look very impressed. Rohit said after the match, "I have not seen such a spell for India for a long time. He bowled really well.'' Krishna said he was constantly working hard to perform well, which has paid off. "Personally, I was working very hard. I'm glad that it brought some results. I debuted for India a year ago and my aim was to consistently do well.''

He further said, "Together, we all want to do better as a bowling unit. We know we have great bowlers and we are learning from each other. There is nothing special about it.'' Krishna said the Ahmedabad wicket is helpful to the bowlers. "It's helping the bowlers. He was successful in bowling with the right length. Our first goal was to create pressure by bowling economically, which also led to fall of wickets.''
