Lucknow: The opposition is constantly reacting to the withdrawal of all three agricultural laws. ' Priyanka Gandhi further wrote, 'They were pelted with sticks and arrested. Now, when you started losing the elections, you suddenly began to understand the truth of this country - that this country has been created by the farmers, that this country belongs to the farmers, the farmer is the true keeper of this country and no Government can run this country by crushing the interest of the farmers'. ' Earlier, Rahul Gandhi had also tweeted on PM Modi's announcement saying, "The Annadata of the country bowed the head of the ego with satyagraha. Happy victory against injustice! Jai Hind, Jai Hind's farmer!' Congress leader and former CM Kamal Nath also tweeted a series of tweets. He wrote that for more than 1 year, lakhs of farmer brothers across the country had been agitating on the streets to protest against the three agricultural laws passed in Parliament in September last year, urging the government to withdraw these laws, even in the rain, cold and scorching heat, he stood on the streets against these laws.
