His kidneys failed. There were such situations that 70% was a stroke crisis, while 30% was a crisis of direct death. Samantha also became emotional after listening to Rana's words as she also saw what situations Rana Daggubati had to face. Earlier Rana had dismissed the reports of kidney transplant completely and said that he is absolutely healthy. He thanked people for showing love towards him.
