In addition to the driver in a four-wheeler and only one person on a bike to go from one district to another, only one person will be allowed to go to the red zone district if he has a valid pass. Private Laboratories Apply: The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has asked all the States / UTs to apply immediately for NABB accreditation to all private laboratories in their state that want to start TrueNat / CBNAAT based testing for Covid 19. Jammu and Kashmir: Kovid 19 RT-PCR test will have to be done: All the travelers coming to the state must compulsorily undergo the Covid 19 RT-PCR test, after which they will have to live in administrative quarantine until the test results are negative. Based on the result of the test, they will be sent home to stay in home quarantine, if the test result comes positive then they will be sent to Covid Hospital. Jammu and Kashmir: Shops will open in shopping malls: Shopping malls except red zone in the state can be opened under guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health on 4 June 2020. 50% of the shops in the mall will be opened according to the alternate arrangement of one day and will be regulated by the Deputy Commissioners of the area concerned. The opening hours of the shops will be from 9 am to 7 pm.
