Moscow: Amid the ongoing war between U Crane and Russia, Indian external affairs minister S Jaishankar's two-day visit to Russia is being watched by the whole world. In such an environment, S Jaishankar's visit to Moscow is considered very important in global politics. In Moscow, several important issues will be discussed between S Jaishankar and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. A day before India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar arrives in Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry has issued a statement saying that India and Russia stand together to build a balanced and equitable global order as well as a multicentric world despite several pressing issues. The Russian Foreign Ministry statement said that both countries support the necessary issues and rules, in accordance with the UN Charter. Russia said that this move of the two countries is to completely reject the global dictatorship and advocate an agenda that is favourable to all countries. The Russian Foreign Ministry said that the focus of issues such as trade, investment, the energy sector and the use of national currency for business will be focused in the discussions between S Jaishankar and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. At the same time, the formation of a security framework in the Asia-Pacific region will also be discussed. The Russian Foreign Ministry further said that the two countries will also hold talks on the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), G20 and Russia-India-China trilateral relationship, including international issues currently underway at the United Nations (UN). Jaishankar's two-day visit to Moscow will also be discussed about India's presidency at the SCO. Russia has also said that a security architecture in the Asia-Pacific region, efforts to fight terrorism, the Iranian nuclear problem, Afghanistan, Syria and Ukraine issues will also be discussed during this visit.
