Lucknow: The Samajwadi Party (SP) attacks the yogi government of the state over the issue of inflation and unemployment. On Thursday, the SP protested in several districts of the state over the issues. In the meantime, SP workers expressed displeasure against the government. Talking to media, SP National Spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary said that party workers and youth took to the streets in almost all districts of the state on the call of party chief Akhilesh Yadav to protest against rising inflation and unemployment. Rajendra Chaudhary said that party workers opposed the BJP government by begging, and polishing shoes everywhere. He said the police arrested a large number of protesters. Meanwhile, SP president and former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav said that the government did not do right by lathi-charge on the youth seeking employment peacefully by giving memoranda in the districts of the state. Such behaviour with the depressed youth in the wake of unemployment shows the insensitivity of the government. The SP workers expressed their opposition by polishing the shoe somewhere and shouting anti-government slogans.
