Seoul Government issues strict guidelines regarding coronavirus

In South Korea, the cases of covid-19 are increasing. In view of the outbreak of the pandemic, strict guidelines have been issued regarding any kind of demonstrations or rallies in Seoul. During this time, 10 or more people are not allowed to attend the rally or demonstration. This guideline issued by the government will be effectively implemented in the district on Friday.

According to foreign media, the Seoul Metropolitan Government was quoted as saying that, the participation of 10 or more people in all kinds of demonstrations and rallies has been banned. This ban has been imposed until 30 August. Currently, Level-2 has been implemented to maintain social distancing in the city. Under this, 100 or more people are not allowed to attend any rally. If someone is found violating it, then they may have to pay a fine of up to 3 million.

The government has made a plan to file criminal cases against organizations and individuals who break the Contagious Disease Control and Prevention Act. On Thursday, 288 new cases of corona have been reported in Seoul, with the total number of infected people in the country has reached 16,346 which has increased the administration's concern in the country. Soon the administration is going to take new steps to curb the virus.
