Shivpal Singh Yadav advocated for United Samajwadi Party before 2022 election

Lucknow: Shivpal Yadav, the head of the Progressive Samajwadi Party Lohia, has started brainstorming for the 2022 assembly elections. Samajwadi Party MLA Shivpal Singh Yadav from Jaswantnagar in Etawah has now postponed the merger for a few days. With which he has requested the state government to postpone the election of the Cooperative Village Development Bank, accusing the state of adopting double standards regarding the Covid-19 transition.

Shivpal Yadav, the head of the Progressive Samajwadi Party Lohia, advocated the creation of a joint Samajwadi Forum before the 2022 assembly election in UP. The Samajwadi Party has now taken big stakes by moving 2 steps ahead of forming an alliance. Shavpal Singh Yadav has said that since 2015, efforts are on to form a grand alliance. After this, at the Silver Jubilee celebrations of Samajwadi Party on 5 November 2016, Ajit Singh, Sharad Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav and HD Devgowda had unanimously agreed to give Mulayam Singh Yadav the command of the alliance. But all these efforts could not be made successful.

Shivpal Singh Yadav said that "Now before the BJP government in the country and the state, it has become a serious challenge to save its existence in front of the Opposition. In such a situation, if the opposition is scattered then questions will be raised about democracy. Shivpal Singh Yadav has told that it has been my personal aspiration that all the people of the socialist stream come on one platform and such a synergy should be made, in which everyone can get respect and the state can develop. I want that once again from the 2022 assembly elections, all socialists can appear on one platform".
