Shiv Sena slams Bihar Government after Supreme Court handed investigation of Sushant's death case to CBI

Mumbai: The Shiv Sena has slammed the Bihar government after the investigation of the death of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput went to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Shiv Sena in its mouthpiece 'Saamana' has raised many questions on the right of investigation of Bihar Police in Sushant case. The Shiv Sena has said that an investigation by the Bihar Police, in this case, is outrageous.

The Shiv Sena says that the Mumbai Police is investigating the matter thoroughly. In such a case, it was not 'appropriate' to transfer the matter to the CBI. The Mumbai Police and the government are constantly under suspicion in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Taking a major decision in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, the Supreme Court finally handed over the responsibility of investigation to the CBI.

Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has said that his government will respect the court's decision. But the Mumbai Police is also investigating this matter in the right direction, so it should also be allowed to investigate. After the top court handed over the investigation of Sushant's death case to the CBI, after the manner in which the Mumbai Police is being defended by Anil Deshmukh and Shiv Sena, the speculation has intensified that the Mumbai police left loopholes in the investigation.
