Khargone: Four persons died and two others were injured in a head-on collision between two bikes in Madhya Pradesh's Khargone district, police said on Sunday. The deceased include two nephews and an uncle of the same family. The trio was on their way to Lohari for treatment on the same motorcycle. There were also three people riding on a speeding motorcycle coming from the front, one of whom lost his life. On receiving the information, ASP Manish Khatri and SDM Om Narayan Singh along with Dalbal reached the spot. The police and administration officials referred the injured persons to the hospital and sent the bodies of the deceased for post-mortem. The accident took place in the Main gaon police station area, 20 km from Khargone district headquarters. Two motorcycles collided head-on at the turn of Jamla near Lohari here. The deceased have been identified as Santosh (20), his brother Sandeep Sitaram Singh (25), and their uncle Dhoom Singh (45). It was told that the three were going to Lohari village for treatment on a motorcycle. At the same time, there were 3 people on the second motorcycle. Pyarelal son of Nahar Singh, a resident of Naya Bilwa Dhoolkot, also died on the spot. Sunil son of Ramesh and Mitharam son of Mohan was seriously injured in the accident. Both the seriously injured were admitted to the district hospital. Additional SP Manish Khatri and SDM Om Narayan Singh rushed to the district hospital as soon as the news of the incident was received. Both seriously injured persons are undergoing treatment. At present, cannot say anything about their condition.
