Simple acupressure guide to relieve stress and pain!!!

Pressure points to relieve stress and anxiety

With your thumb apply pressure where your wrist forms a crease with your hand. Press and hold for 2 minutes. This point is good for releasing tension.

Starting from the wrist, Measure down with three fingers. Where your third finger touches the middle of the wrist is your acupoint. With your thumb apply pressure to this point until you feel a mild discomfort. Hold this pressure point, press and move in a tight circular motion for about 2 minutes.  Do this with both your wrist and you will feel your anxiety decrease immediately.

Pressure points to relieve insomnia

Place your thumb on the inner wrist crease in line with the little finger. Press down on the acupoint with your thumb, gradually increasing the pressure for 60 seconds. Do this on both right and left arms.

The inner wrist, three finger widths down from the wrist, lining up with the little finger. Apply medium pressure with your thumb for about a minute. You can also gently massage the area if desired. Now, switch arms and repeat.
