SP MP speaks on population rise: 'No one has the right to ban children, it's nature's..'

Lucknow: The Law Commission of the state is considering a draft law to curb the growing population of Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party (SP) MP from Sambhal Shafikur Rahman Burke has opposed the law saying that no one has the right to ban children as a product of nature.

Shafikurr Rahman Burke said, "How many children will be born, what will happen, it nature gift. We have no right to obstruct the way the qudrats are used. All the humans have been created by Allah. Death and life are in their hands and no one else's'. Reacting to the revelations of conversion in the state, Shafikur Rahman Burke said that it is the policy of the BJP, which creates hatred between Hindus and Muslims before the elections so that it gets more votes in the elections. But this hate policy will not give votes to the BJP, but it will only hurt.

On the other hand, Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Iqbal Mahmood made a controversial statement saying that there is a conspiracy to attack Muslims under the guise of law and the population is increasing due to dalits and tribals and not Muslims. Mahmood said the Yogi Adityanath government in the state is considering bringing in a law to curb population growth.
