Such a delicious breakfast made from leftover rice that everyone will be compelled to eat

Sometimes the rice prepared in the night gets saved and no one eats it in the morning. If this happens in your house also, then you can make cutlets from the leftover rice. Yes, this is a very easy recipe that you will enjoy eating.

Material

*1 cup cooked rice *1 potato, boiled and mashed *2 tbsp Carrot, grated *2 tbsp capsicum, chopped *2 tbsp corn *2 tbsp cashew nuts, chopped *½ tsp ginger paste *½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder *1/4 tsp garam masala *1/4 tsp cumin powder *3/4 tsp salt *2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped *1 tsp lemon juice *1/2 cup bread crumbs

For the solution:

*1/4 cup maida / plain flour *2 tbsp corn flour *1/2 tsp black pepper powder *1/4 tsp salt

Other Ingredients:

*1 cup panko bread crumbs *Oil, for frying

Method of preparation- Firstly, take 1 cup cooked rice in a bowl and smooth it. After this add 1 boiled and mashed potato and add some salt and cook the potatoes for 3 whistles. Now add 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp corn, 2 tbsp cashew in it. After this add 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 3/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp coriander and 1 tsp lemon juice. Now add 1/2 cup bread crumbs and mix well. After this sift and mix until a soft dough is formed. Now prepare a batter by mixing 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt. After this, grease your hand with oil and take a small ball sized cutlet mixture and give it a diamond shape. Now dip in flour paste to coat all sides and then roll in breadcrumbs. Make sure to do a double coating to get a crispy outer layer. Now after this deep fry in hot oil or bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Fry till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
