Bhushan's lawyer Rajiv Dhawan has demanded that the matter must be referred to the Constitution Bench. Justice Arun Mishra, who is heading the bench, said that 'there is a need for a detailed hearing, in this case, I am short of time, so it would be better that another bench must consider the matter on September 10.' The government did this thing with drunken IG in Haryana The Chief Justice will constitute a new bench. Actually, Judge Mishra is retiring on 2 September. Earlier, the court said that it is not a question of punishment, it is a question of trust in the institution.
