The case of the bride kidnapping at gunpoint in movie style has come to light. The Baarat departed from a village in Bahu Akbarpur Kotwali area around 4.15 pm on Monday evening. After about half an hour, the accused stopped the bridegroom's safari car at gunpoint and directed everyone to come out and took the bride along with the car. The brother of the bride who was going along with Barat identified the 2 accused who carried out the incident. On the complaint of the groom, Kalanaur Kotwali police registered a case in the kidnapping, robbery and other sections of the bride.
