New Delhi: The accused of 16 December Delhi Gangrape case or Nirbhaya rape case- Akshay, Vinay, Pawan and Mukesh filed a petition in Supreme court against the death sentence verdict of Delhi High Court. Today, the Supreme court will hear their appeal. In the plea wrote to the Former chief justice T.S Thakur and Justice Deepak Mishra they mentioned that they do not accept the defence counsel appointed by court who will fight their case in the court. Their disapproval came after the counsel have said few things against them in front of the media. They all were accused of gang raping a 23-year old girl in a moving bus and also injuring her brutally. They even attacked her male friend.
