Chennai: A surprising case has come to light in Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu. An Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-Madras) has been caught red handed making objectionable videos of women on campus. It is being told that in the evening, the Assistant Professor was trying to keep his mobile phone secretly inside the women's toilet in the campus. After which he was caught red handed. The arrested assistant professor has been identified as Subham Banerjee. Who is employed as Assistant Professor in the Aerospace Engineering Department. The case came to light when a 30-year-old PhD student went to the toilet where she came to know about the mobile kept near the window. When he picked up the mobile phone, the mobile camera was in recording mode. Giving information about the case, a police officer has told that the student closed the door from outside and gave information about the case to the security guard, then when the guard opened the door, Subham found inside. After registering a complaint, the police has sent Banerjee's mobile for forensic investigation. Further investigation is being done.
