In his address, the Prime Minister said that the Central Government has started work on the expansion of the metro service of the country's capital. His address is considered to be important in terms of elections.

In his speech, PM Modi explained the seriousness of the Central Government on Delhi's lifeline metro rail service. He told that the Central Government has made the unprecedented expansion of Delhi Metro in the last 5 years. So far, be it the previous Central Government of the Congress or the Central Government of the State of Delhi, all the promises made by them in the field of important services like Metro, no work has been done on the ground of reality.

Prime Minister made an important statement regarding the expansion of Delhi Metro. During his address, he told that the Central Government has started work on the 116-km extension of the Delhi Metro and now new metro lines are also being prepared for the same. In contrast, the Prime Minister said that the Delhi government continued to stall the work being done on our metro, but failed to stop our work. He said that even after the state government stuck the road, the work of the metro is not affected and in the last five years, every year, we have expanded the railway line of 25 km.
