7 people died in two accidents on Mahashivratri, condition of 20 is critical

Sagar: Seven people died in two accidents in the Sagar and Dewas districts of Madhya Pradesh on Saturday. A speeding bus overturned on the road leading to Chhatarpur in Niwarghati, about 70 km from the district headquarters in Sagar, Superintendent of Police Tarun Nayak said. Due to this, four passengers including a woman were killed and 20 people were injured.

He said that the incident took place in the Chanbila police station area at 6 am on Saturday. The bus was going from Indore to Chhatarpur. SP said that 3 seriously injured persons have been sent to Sagar district hospital. Efforts are being made to identify the dead. In the second accident, a couple aged 45-50 and their 18-year-old daughter were hit by a car near Ramnagar village, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Suryakant Sharma said.

The couple was taken to the government hospital in Khategaon, where they died, while their daughter died on the way to Indore hospital. This incident happened 140 km away from Dewas district headquarters. In Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, a loading vehicle ran over 5 devotees who were returning from Kubereshwar Dham, narrated by storyteller Pandit Pradeep Mishra. Due to this, all five devotees were seriously injured. He has been admitted to the district hospital for treatment. Four women and one man are included in the injured. It is being said that all the devotees were returning on foot after listening to the story. Due to that, a loading vehicle collided near Kubereshwar Dham. Due to this, all the people were seriously injured. People said that this incident happened on the Sehore-Bhopal road. Here near Kubereshwar Dham, a speeding loading vehicle trampled the devotees walking on foot. When people saw the incident after the incident, they informed the police. As soon as the news was received, the police reached the spot and admitted the injured persons to the hospital for treatment.
