Leave your guests impressed with Two Way Hasselback Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 medium sized potatoes Chopped tomatoes Chopped onions Coriander leaves Green chillies Black pepper powder Salt Salad dressing  Sriracha sauce Spice powder Shredded Reshmi Kebab Cheese slices Sour Cream Fresh Cream Fresh Chives

Method: 1. Take two medium sized potatoes and make thin slits in them that aren't deep enough to spoil their form

2. In a bowl mix, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup chopped onion, 1 tbsp coriander leaves and 1 tbsp green chillies

3. Add to it 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp salad dressing, 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce and 1/4 tsp spice powder and mix well

4. In another bowl take 1 serving of shredded resh mi kebab, and repeat the seasoning process in step 2 and 3

5. Insert cheese slices between every slit made in the potatoes and bake them for 15 minutes till the cheese melts

6. Mix 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tbsp fresh cream, 1 tbsp fresh chives and whisk the mixture till it's smooth

7. Finally spread the first two mixtures on different potatoes and top them off with the cream mixture and garnish
