From August 5, guidelines have been issued by the Union Health Ministry to open the Gym and Yoga Institute. However, spas, steam baths, and swimming pools will remain closed as before. According to this, the yoga institutes and gyms that will be opened will have to take care of some instructions. It states that adequate places should be available for people in yoga and gym. There should be a space of four square meters per person. According to the guidelines, keep machines and other things at a sufficient distance for social distancing. If there is space outside the premises, make arrangements to keep the equipment there. Different routes to and from the campus should be used. Additionally use the Q management system, and take care of at least 6 feet of distance. Non-contact systems such as digital payments are used for payment. All AC temperatures are between 24-30 degrees. The humidity level should be 40-70 percent. There should be more space for clean air, and adequate ventilation is also available. The number of staff working on the gym floor should be less. Lockers can be used by following the rule of social destitution. Dustbin should be completely covered at all times. The premises should be continuously disinfected. Entry gates, buildings, rooms, washrooms, toilets, and other items should be continuously disinfected.
