Lucknow: A sensational case of murder has come to light from Farrukhabad Uttar Pradesh. A man in Bhai-Dooj killed his son-in-law and buried the body in a pit inside the house. The accused was reportedly extremely upset with his daughter's love marriage. Because of which he killed his son-in-law. Police have seized the body and rushed it for postmortem and arrested the accused. Ankit, a resident of Sarhan village, used to do sewing work in Noida. It was here that he met a young woman from Farrukhabad. The two fell in love after friendship and then got married. The girl's family was separated from the marriage as the two had separate caste. The girl had not gone to her house with her husband for a year. But both of them thought the anger of the family might have cooled down. So the two decided to go home on Bhai Dooj. As soon as they got a chance, the in-laws killed Ankit and buried the body in the pit of an empty house in the neighbourhood. On suspicion, when the wife inquired about her husband, her family began to hesitate. The girl reported the matter to her husband's family. The boy's family, then informed the police. The Police reached the spot and launched an investigation and found a broken mobile on the roof of the house. Then looked at the locked house of the neighbourhood, then seeing the fresh soil caused some doubt to the police. This was followed by the excavation of the place in which Ankit's buried body was recovered. The body was identified by the family, including his wife.
