He says that 8 persons have not paid his wages. In the past, he has tried to set himself on fire by climbing the tower. He reached former chief minister Harish Rawat's public meeting on Thursday. As a result, he climbed onto the stage and raised slogans and pulled out a knife from his pocket. However, the former Chief Minister Rawat was not on the stage then.
