According to the information received, former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee had started a scheme to connect rivers in the country, which is now being pursued by the Modi government. In his address, Chirag Paswan repeatedly talks about Prime Minister Modi's development and has now spoken of pushing the same plan of Atal to solve the flood problem in Bihar. Chirag Paswan has given his vision document the slogan 'Bihar First and Bihari First'. He said that we are going to preach by road. Even though other leaders of my party can travel by helicopter, I will preach by road. Our CM will also leave the helicopter and come on the road.
